ONE GRAND PRIZE WINNER will be flown to Los Angeles to be photographed by a top fashion photographer and will appear in a smashbox cosmetics collection campaign. The winner will also receive a modeling contract with Photogenics Management. The winner will be notified by phone, postal mail, or e-mail within 10 days of a final decision.

In addition, the grand prize winner will receive:

The Finalists and Semi-Finalists selected by Smashbox Studios and smashbox cosmetics will receive:

50 SEMI-FINALISTS:

$150 (retail value) of smashbox cosmetics

CONDITIONS:

Entry constitutes permission to use the entrant's name, photograph, story, and other likeness for the purpose of advertising, trade, and promotion, unless prohibited by law. Entrant represents and warrants that the submitted entry does not infringe on the intellectual property, agency, or other rights of any third party. By entering entrant grants to Smashbox Cosmetics and Smashbox Studios all rights, title and interest, and copyright. Smashbox Studios and Smashbox Cosmetics reserves the right to require verification of eligibility of any entrant, which entrant agrees to provide to Smashbox Studio and Smashbox Cosmetics's satisfaction.

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY:

By entering this contest, entrant agrees to holds harmless and indemnify Smashbox from any liability whatsoever for any claim, costs, injuries, losses, liability, actions or damages of any kind or in connection with: (1) Entering the Contest, (2) acceptance of any prize or (3) anything related to the Contest and the awarding of prizes. California law shall govern any and all claims relating to this contest, and any proceedings regarding such claims must be conducted in the circuit court, county of Los Angeles, in the state of California.
